Fall is a wonderful time to go to PCB beach! We have October 10-October 31 open at our condo. Sunday thru Thursday is 100.00 per night and Friday and Saturday is 130.00 per night. There is a cleaning fee of 115.00. We require a minimum three night rental. Our condo is best suited for four people or less. Please pm if interested in any of the dates for October. No pets allowed.

New lower rates for July and August dates! Panama City Beach getaway!!!! Sandy Toes has been newly remodeled. We have a beautiful view of the Gulf from our private balcony. We are less than a two minute walk to the beach. The master bedroom has a king bed, the loft has two twin beds and there is a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room. It has one bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Kitchen has all new appliances and granite countertops.
We are located on the East end near St. Andrews Park. We are walking distance to St. Andrews Pier. We have some great restaurants within walking distance as well- Schooners, Patches, Sisters of the Sea, and Scampys. You can walk to Alvin’s Island and Sunsations to grab souvenirs.
We are located on the top floor so you will have to climb two flights of stairs-no elevator. The stairs to the loft are not child friendly-best for children 8 years and older.
No pets allowed and no smoking inside the condo. Discount rates for July 28-July 31 is 150.00 per night plus 115.00 cleaning fees. August 16-25 is 130.00 per night plus 115.00 cleaning fee In September and October we charge 100.00 per night Sunday through Thursday and 125.00 per night Friday and Saturday. Cleaning fee is 115.00.

Panama City Beach! Great view of the gulf! Located on the East side close to St. Andrews Park. Fall is a great time to go to the beach!!!! Sleeps 6- master with a king bed, loft with two twin beds and a fold out sofa queen sleeper. One bathroom.Perfect for a family or a couple! We have lots of availability in September and October. Sunday-Thursday nights are 75.00 a night. Friday and Saturday nights are 120.00 per night. Plus 75.00 cleaning fees.No smoking inside or pets allowed.

Total cost is 675.00 includes taxes and cleaning fees. Sleeps six. No pets allowed. No smoking inside condo.
