This wonderful couple 👇 sold their hurricane-damaged home in Panama City to me today! 🥳
I have to admit - I love what I do.

I love to be able to further my business while also getting to work with and help such wonderful people in our community like Ralph and his beautiful wife in this video. They are just great people - salt of the earth.

And for Ralph and his wife, being able to sell their damaged home meant FINALLY being able to move on with their life and new home (which was built next door to their old home) that they just moved into. Now it's time for some R&R, "beers on the porch overlooking Panama City Bay", and some golf in Ralph's spare time. 👍⛳️

Even in the midst of a worldwide pandemic with COVID-19, we are STILL buying homes for CASH, in AS-IS condition and QUICKLY in the Panama City, FL area! 💪

Our community was hit by a devastating natural disaster, and not 2 years later we're all now trying to juggle storm recovery and rebuild with a pandemic and unstable economy. In order to financially get through this crisis, there are many in our community who still need to sell / offload damaged properties, and use those funds for more important things right now - lost wages, medical expenses, housing cost, etc.

So we're doing what we can, and still buying as many damaged properties as we can!

We closed on this wonderful gentleman's property this morning near Lake Martin in Panama City! 👇

Everyone has a lot going on right now, and there is a lot of fear and uncertainty out there - Like you, we're taking it one day at a time. BUT for the time being, we're still out there buying homes, rebuilding them, turning them into rentals / selling them, etc. - And we will continue to do so. 👍
