We offer units consisting of 1 bedroom, 2 baths, full kitchen, living room, some with bunk rooms,private laundry rooms and balconies or patios facing the beach. The property offers tennis court, exercise room and game room for our guests.

Schooners is currently closed for repairs (hoping to reopen by Valentines Day🤞🏼), but that doesn’t mean we can’t all still enjoy pictures of this view!!! What a beautiful day! We can’t wait to see you all (with our brand new roof 😃) in 2020!!!

We've been cleared to rent again! Fall is the best time to be at the beach I think. The crowds have gone, the sun is mellow, the water is warm and the sunsets are awesome! I hope you'll come back soon!

Good Morning Everyone! Just want to let you know that we are FINALLY ABLE TO RENT AGAIN!!! OUR BEACH IS BEAUTIFUL, THE WATER IS WARM AND THE OCEAN BREEZE IS DELIGHTFUL! There is still time left before the weather turns cold so come on down. I'm looking forward to hearing from you! Thanks for keeping us in your prayers.

Happy August Everyone!
Wish I could announce the Opening of Mariner East.
However sadly I cannot. I promised that I would keep you posted and I will let you know when I have news. The summer is almost over and we hope everyone was able to find other places for their beach vacation. Keep us in mind next year!

Good Morning & Happy Friday July 5th! Just an update on Mariner East. The property is still considered a construction zone and we are not allowed to rent or have guests until further notice. The homeowner association has given us a lot of reasons but until they and the insurance company can approve all the repairs we are in limbo. Please continue to keep in touch and pray for an ending to this nightmare. I pray that we never have anything like this again.

FINALLY A LITTLE GOOD NEWS..THEY ARE WORKING ON THE POOL. PRAY THAT THINGS ARE FINALLY GOING TO BE FINISHED.

Good Morning Everyone!
Just an update...nothing has changed, we are still not yet repaired. The roof is not fully repaired and cannot be inspected,, common areas, fencing, and condos are slowly being worked on sometimes.The pool repairs have not yet been started. Our June reservations are cancelled and we're still hoping for July. I'm going to let everyone that has reservations in July know that they may want to have a plan B. We still have no idea when we'll be back to normal. Please continue to pray and we hope you don't like the other places too much! Stay tuned.😞

UPDATE ON MARINER EAST... THE PROPERTY IS STILL A MESS AND NOT AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL. WE ARE STILL HOPING TO BE BACK BY JUNE BUT HAVE NO REAL ASSURANCE THAT ALL REPAIRS WILL BE FINISHED BY THEN. WISH I HAD BETTER NEWS.
