Calypso Tower 1 and 2 have been busy making lots of updates to our pools and pool decks. They are beautiful! The pool decks have been expanded, all new pavers installed, fire pits added, and pools resurfaced.

We had a busy off season of updates with two bathroom gut jobs and full remodels. We also had an amazing new sectional by Four Seasons put in the condo. Hello comfort! Updated lighting throughout, and shipload in the hallway and bar area. We also added all new balcony furniture. We still have a few weeks of opening this summer- which won’t last long. AND the pool deck we just redone and expanded and are BEAUTIFUL! We do use a property manager and are so lucky that they are onsite 24-7 to watch over our beautiful property.

Wrapping up and putting some final touches on renovations and another round of new furniture. We just completed a renovation of both bathrooms! Tell us what you think! Sorry these photos don’t include the beautiful blue gulf. If you follow our page, you know it’s right outside those doors. We were in town for two short days and were busy sun up to sun down. It was a rainy and foggy weekend. Do you love it?

BTW we have a new COA board in place at Calypos over the past year who have been doing amazing things- things that have needed done.

Lately I've seen so many new followers, so I'd like to welcome everyone!
First, 608W had an incredible year for visitors, booked to capacity almost every week of the year! We appreciate all of the support of those that chose us!
While many properties would be satisfied with that level of support, we feel it's important to always provide the very best for our vacationeers! With that said, I've got some exciting news to share!

We've blocked off the last week of October through November to invest in massive renovations to 608W! We will be completely remodeling both bathrooms for a spa-like feel with high-end walk in tile showers/fixtures, lighting, vanities etc. We will also take this opportunity to add some other upgrade touches throughout the condo, beyond what I can list here.

So, there's a few reasons why I'm giving a heads up. 608W was already rented in 2023 for nearly every week. We can only imagine what will happen when the new pictures drop! Also, the property manager has not adjusted the pricing to reflect the upgrades yet. If you are planning on visiting us in 2024, now is the time to book! (There are still a couple weeks in December available!)
