“Perfect place for extended family. There were 6 of us so there was more than enough room. I loved how the house was stocked with everything a family would need...even coffee :-) The table was large enough for us to gather around for eating and games. The deck furniture was great quality and in excellent condition. Mitch even had 4 new beach chairs delivered the morning after we arrived. My family and I enjoyed our stay!”

"This area is a hidden gem of PCB! Carousel Market is only .5 miles down the road and it is a great, locally owned grocery store. There were no high rises near us and the condo was so beautifully done! The condo comes with A+ a/c (🙏), beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, corn hole boards, etc… perfect for families!! Mitch was a superb communicator. There was never anything we needed to know that we did not get quickly. Everything in the unit was working great and beds were comfortable. We were so pleasantly surprised and will definitely come back! We just LOVED the quaintness of the area." - Madison, August 2024

“SplashPadPCB was just what we were looking for with our large group! We had a issue with the toilet and they quickly got a maintenance guy out. Basics were available as a starter set. we grilled and cooked in the kitchen. View of the beach was great!” Brieanna, July 2024
