Welcome to a "Little Bit of Paradise." We offer a studio condo that sleeps 4 people maximum. Our condo is directly on the beach with a beach view. Swimming pool, kiddie pool, outdoor grill area, sun-bathing decks, fitness center, common lounge room on the main level, laundry room, game room, snack bar are in addition to condo space. The Space Our condo is centrally located to many attractions and just steps to the elevator down through the pool and on the beach. We want our guest to feel at home while enjoying the fun in the sun of our sugary white sand beaches. Guest Access Guest have access to the unit, common balcony areas, pool, beach access, shuffle board, common lounge area, game room, fitness center, and grills near the pool. Interaction with Guests We will be glad to communicate with our guest through email, phone or text before and during their stay. The Neighborhood Our condo is located on South Thomas Dr. near Pineapple Wi***es, Signal Hill Golf Course, Club LaVela, and Spinnaker's Beach Club. We are a short drive east to beautiful St. Andrew's State Park where you can rent kayak's, tour shell island and see DOLPHINSs, Go Carts, Mini-Golf, County Pier, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, and Pier Park. Wal-Mart is also close by to get anything you might have forgotten. Other Things to Note Guest reserving condo must be at least 21 years of age and reside in condo through duration of stay. There is a $20 CASH ONLY fee paid to the guard at guard shack or HOA office on the second floor. This fee covers one parking space (additional $20/ parking space used for additional car, trailer, oversized truck) and armbands and will expire at the end of your stay. No pets. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the unit or hallways. Only in designated areas only. House Rules: Ages for all guests with names must be provided to book reservation. Person reserving condo and checking in MUST be at least 21 years of age and staying in condo during all booked days. Violators will not be checked in or will be evicted. Person booking this reservation, signing this document, and checking in to condo must also be at least 21 years of age. Damages to property will be taken out of paid security deposit or charged additionally. An inventory of all items is performed before and after your stay. You will be charged the replacement cost for any items damaged or missing upon your departure. Renter must notify seller of any pre-existing major damages to unit as soon as possible. Pets: Housing of pets in this unit will result in eviction and forfeiture of all deposits paid. No smoking is allowed inside of the property. The loss of the security deposit will be assessed for any evidence of smoking for the rental period. Designated smoking areas are throughout the property. Unit Occupancy Maximum is 4 guest total. Check-in time is after 4PM. Check-out time is before 10AM SHARP. There is a $100 fine assessed for any violation of these times. Daily Cleaning Service is not provided. The unit must be left reasonably clean. We perform proper cleaning prior to the arrival of every guest stay. Additional fees will be charged for required excessive cleaning services.
