Summit unit 1030 now open for rental, the State of Florida has removed the Covid 19 short term rental ban.

On Friday March 27th, Florida Governor Desantis ordered all Florida short term rentals suspended for two weeks to help control the spread of the COVID 19 virus. We are closed until further notice.
