Hello Pinnacle Port Friends!! Jed and I wanted to let you know about our new Panama City Beach property at Portside Resort. We bought the townhome a couple months ago and it is now available for short term rentals. From this home, the beach is just an eight-minute walk or a two-minute drive the beach. It has two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs plus an additional vanity area in the master bedroom. Downstairs you will find a roomy living dining area, a great kitchen, a half bath and a laundry area with a full-sized washer / dryer. There is also an outdoor closet, with tons of beach toys and equipment as well as a wagon you can bring to the beach. The resort has an incredible waterfall pool with hot tub, two additional pools (one of which is heated in the winter), three tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball hoops, a workout room and a huge community center with books, games and a pool table! Parking is right in front of the unit, so no hunting for a space or waiting on elevators. Fun fact, unlike most condos in the area, Portside allows you to park a golf cart on the property. You could potentially rent a golf cart rather a car for your stay and spend your days cruising up and down Front Beach Road.
