We are a local dolphin and snorkel tour company specializing in swimming with dolphins and finding amazing sea life to show our customers! We are located at Bristol Harbor Marina in downtown Panama City. Our boats are 2023 25 ft Harris Tritoons. Our boats are have spacious comfortable seating and deck space to move about. Manta rays are some of the most incredible animals in the ocean, and here are a few things you might not know about them!

๐Ÿชฝ HOW DO MANTA RAYS EAT?

Unlike sharks, manta rays don't hunt large prey. They're filter feeders, meaning they swim through the water with their huge mouths open, filtering tiny organisms called zooplankton from the water. Their specialized gill plates help trap this microscopic food while water flows out through their gills.

๐Ÿ”„ WHY DO THEY FLIP BACKWARDS?

Those amazing flips and backward rolls aren't just for show! Manta rays may perform barrel rolls and looping movements while feeding to help them stay within dense patches of plankton and efficiently collect food.

They can also change direction, circle, and repeat feeding passes when they find a good concentration of food. Scientists believe these movements help them make the most of a meal!

Manata rays were pushed in near shell island by hurricane Isaias.We currently have two boats out now watching FRED-RAY do backflips! They named it fred-ray ๐Ÿคฃ absolutely love her laugh.
