Just returned from an incredible 9-day educational journey through South Africa where I explored the country’s most iconic routes: Cape Town, the Winelands, and Greater Kruger.

South Africa remains one of my favorite destinations in the world. It’s truly magical from Cape Town’s dramatic landscapes to its underrated world-class wines, vibrant culture, and unforgettable safari experiences. What makes it so special is the diversity you can experience in a relatively short trip. It’s the ultimate bucket-list destination.

It’s also a perfect introduction to Africa, especially for first-time visitors. Starting in Cape Town offers a “soft landing,” with time to explore the city, Table Mountain, and the Cape Peninsula. From there, Franschhoek in the Winelands is a standout for its exceptional food and wine scene at a fraction of Napa’s prices.

Then it’s on to Greater Kruger which is the true highlight. Staying in a private concession like Thornybush or Sabi Sands elevates the experience, with fewer vehicles, off-road tracking, night drives, and incredibly intimate wildlife encounters.

South Africa is so accessible with nonstop flights from Newark to both Johannesburg to Cape Town.

I’ve been fortunate to visit Africa many times now and never loses its sense of wonder.

An epic trip to South Africa, Botswana & Zimbabwe with highlights including Table Mountain, game drives in Madwike, and a helicopter ride over the Okavango Delta. What better way to end than a swim in Devils Pool at the top of Victoria Falls. 🌈

Africa needs to be on everyone’s list. Time to Seek Adventure & Explore the World.

You’vea seen my shiny travel photos…now let me show you the IG reality of a busy, crazy, stressful but an amazing core memory building trip with Dad to Nemacolin

Took the gang to this sprawling resort in Western PA. Comprising of three Forbes 5 ⭐️ hotels - The Chateau, Grand Lodge, & Falling Rock - plus townhomes & single homes.

With activities, I was able to keep the little ones busy- 4x4 jeep rides, ropes courses, waterslide, mini-golf, art studio…the list goes on!

The hotel is perfect for families but also couples with a massive spa & amazing restaurants. The hotel of Falling Rock is adults only too!

What an epic 2 week trip to Japan 🇯🇵 From a ramen tour deep in the back alleys of Tokyo, to private guides of the Kyoto temples, to bento cooking classes, and much more…this was a fun trip to design for a fun client.

With the Yen at a 30 year low, Japan is suddenly a destination now a bit more within budget. But you need to plan this at least 9 to 12 months in advance, especially the peak seasons of spring & fall. This is a country I only spent 10 days in & I’m eager to get back.

INDIA…I love it! 🇮🇳 It might not be the destination the top of your list but if you’re an intrepid traveler, I promise to you’ll be mesmerized by it.

The country is an assault on your senses - sights, sounds, & smells. Never have I been to a place that is the farthest from the world I know.

I work with amazing partners that can put together customized luxury trips that are guided (a must) to see just some of the many highlights the country offers. I cannot wait to go back & explore more.
