I spend so much time inside the details of each individual trip that sometimes I don't realize what a month of bookings has looked like until I stop and look back. And August was a really good one. ❤️

There were honeymoons and milestone birthdays. Family vacations and friends' trips. Europe, Mexico, cruises, a three-generation getaway—and even a weekend built around Seahawks football. 🏈

Different travelers. Different reasons. Different parts of the world.

That's one of my favorite things about this business. Some trips celebrate something big. Some are about getting everyone together. Some are places you've talked about seeing for years. And sometimes you just really want to go watch your team play football. 😂

Small business. Big world. ☀️🌎

And I'm very grateful for every person who trusts this little Nebraska travel business with a piece of theirs. ❤️

Two couples. Two anniversaries. And one pretty incredible trip to Iceland coming up this weekend. 🇮🇸❤️

This is one of those itineraries I've loved watching come together because there's so much more to it than simply driving around Iceland and stopping at the sights.

They'll hike on a glacier, explore lava caves, head out by boat around the Westman Islands, look for puffins and whales, soak in geothermal waters, and have plenty of time to take in those landscapes that somehow don't look real even in photos.

And that's one of my favorite parts of planning a trip like this—figuring out how someone actually wants to experience a destination, not just which places they should see.

These four are ready for an adventure. 🇮🇸✈️❤️ Happy anniversary and have the BEST time!

Some trips are about where you're going. Others are about who you're going with. ❤️

With school starting again, I've been thinking about this one.

I'm working on two weeks in Italy for a mom and her only daughter to celebrate her high school graduation. 🇮🇹 It'll be her daughter's first time in Italy, and they're planning Rome, Florence and Venice—seeing so many of the places they've talked about experiencing together.

Of course I'm excited about the Italy part. 😂 But what I really love about this trip is the reason behind it.

Two weeks together. Just the two of them. Time together before everything starts changing.

Sometimes the milestone gives you the reason to take the trip. The time together is the part you'll remember. ❤️

Last summer, I had the opportunity to experience Alaska for myself, and it completely exceeded my expectations. Since then, I've helped several clients and a group travel there, and I currently have clients exploring Alaska right now! 🚢

If Alaska is on your bucket list, I truly believe a cruise is the best way to experience it. You unpack once, wake up to breathtaking scenery each morning, and let the ship take care of the logistics while you enjoy glaciers, wildlife, and charming coastal towns.

A little late getting my July bookings recap posted...it's been a busy summer around here, both helping clients travel and traveling with my own family! We just returned from an incredible trip to Costa Rica, splitting our time between the rainforest and the beach, and it was every bit as amazing as we'd hoped. 🌴🌿

Congrats to 14u Gold! These boys participated in their final out of town tournament as Storm Chasers this past weekend. They went 5-1 and finished as Runner-Up at the Youth World Series at The Lake of the Ozarks! Great job players and coaches, way to represent, just as you have your whole Storm Chaser career! Keep that momentum rolling into state!

Im still thinking about my family’s vacation to Grand Teton National Park last week. 🏔️✨

One of my favorite memories was hiking around Jenny Lake. Between the crystal-clear water, towering mountain views, rushing waterfalls, and fresh mountain air, it was one of those places that truly takes your breath away. 💙

Travel isn’t always about checking destinations off a list—it’s about the moments you share together and the memories you create along the way. This trip was full of both, and I’m so grateful we got to experience it as a family. ❤️

Have you been to Grand Teton National Park? It’s definitely a place I’d love to visit again someday.

May was filled with some really special bookings, and I couldn't be more excited for these clients!

This month, I planned several anniversary vacations, including a 25th anniversary trip to Hawaii with time on both Oahu and Maui 🌺🏝️, and a 30th anniversary trip to Ireland ☘️🇮🇪 —a destination that has been on their bucket list for years.

I also made my very first booking to Cartagena, Colombia 🇨🇴🍹 for a girls' 40th birthday celebration, which was so much fun to plan, along with a Pacific Northwest tour 🌲🏔️ featuring some of the region's most beautiful scenery, charming towns, and unforgettable experiences.

One of my favorite parts of being a travel advisor is helping clients celebrate life's biggest milestones—whether that's an anniversary, a birthday, or finally taking that dream trip they've been talking about for years.
