A FIRST for Grand Hyatt! 🌴☀️

I got a sneak peek at the brand-new Grand Hyatt Cancun Beach Resort, opening December 10, and there’s something especially exciting about this one!

It’s set to become the first fully all-inclusive resort under the Grand Hyatt brand!

My first impression? Very modern, sleek, and sophisticated. It’s a different take on the traditional Cancun all-inclusive, and I’m excited to see it all come together.

Located in Cancun, the resort will feature beautiful beachfront accommodations, multiple pools, elevated dining, and plenty of opportunities to relax.

Love getting the opportunity to see properties before they open and learning firsthand what makes each one unique.

Definitely one to keep on your radar for future Cancun vacations! 🌊

🏴 Scotland 2027 — It's Official! ✨

I'm so excited to share that I've arranged a 10-day guided tour of Scotland for September 13–22, 2027, and it's officially open for booking!

Two years ago, I traveled through Scotland with my mom and sisters, and it was one of those trips that stayed with me. Between the castles, colorful streets of Edinburgh, breathtaking Highlands, and the adorable cows 🐮 and sheep, I knew it was a destination I wanted to help more people experience.

And now I'm excited to make that happen!

This incredible itinerary takes travelers through the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Skye, Loch Ness, Orkney Islands, Edinburgh, and so much more. 🏰

A castle with a personal connection. New friends from three countries. Incredible scenery. And one amazing solo trip through Scotland. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

I had a solo traveler recently return from a journey through Scotland, and I’ve loved following along through the photos and stories he shared.

One of the most meaningful stops was Leslie Castle, a place he specifically wanted to include because of his own family ties to it. Helping build a trip around places that actually mean something to the traveler is one of my favorite parts of what I do.

From there, he drove through the Highlands and across the Isle of Skye, enjoyed some incredible meals, stayed in some wonderfully memorable places and met people along the way he plans to keep in touch with.

That’s what I love about travel. ❤️
Of course the places matter—but so do the things you could never completely plan: the memorable meal, the unexpected stop, the people you meet, or the moment that becomes one of your favorite parts of the entire trip.
Those are the pieces that turn an itinerary into a story.

I’m heading home from the Bahamas with SO many new ideas for your future trips. ✈️🌴

Over three days, I had 60+ one-on-one meetings with hotel, resort and destination partners from around the world—and this is one of my favorite parts of what I do.

I get to ask the questions my clients actually care about, learn what’s new, and most importantly, build relationships with the people behind the places I send you.

And in between all those meetings, I loved getting a little taste of Bahamian culture firsthand—including meeting a few flamingos, the national bird of The Bahamas! 🦩

I’m heading home with new trip ideas, new connections, invitations to experience some incredible properties firsthand, and a very long list of places I now want to send you. 😂

Two couples are heading out Monday for a Yellowstone + Grand Teton adventure, and putting the finishing touches on their trip has me wishing I could go back. 🏔️

They’ll start in Jackson for time in Grand Teton, spend two nights inside Yellowstone at Old Faithful Inn, and then finish near the park’s North Entrance in Gardiner.

National park trips can look pretty simple on paper, but where you stay makes such a difference. Drive times are long, wildlife can completely change your plans (and yes, the bison traffic jams are very real 😂), and choosing the right home bases means spending more time experiencing the parks and less time sitting in the car.

Before they leave, I’ve made sure they have all of their hotel details and trip information organized in one easy place, along with a few of the things we learned from our own trip—like downloading offline maps, packing plenty of layers and leaving more time than you think you’ll need for those scenic drives.

Yellowstone and Grand Teton are two of my favorites. We took our own family last May, and I’m so excited for these couples to experience them next. 🏔️

One side of my travel business that I haven't shared much about yet is coaching newer travel advisors. ☀️

Earlier this year, I had the opportunity to coach my first group of advisors within my agency, and I loved the experience. So when I was asked to come back and coach a second group this fall, I was excited to say yes.

Today was a full coaching day — three 1:1 calls followed by a weekly group session — and it reminded me all over again why I enjoy it so much.

We talked about everything from communicating your value and finding clients to building systems, working with travel partners and all the real-life situations that come with building a travel business.

One of the things I love most about coaching is helping other advisors find their confidence — not just in planning incredible travel, but in building a business around it.

And I'm learning from them, too. ❤️

The more I coach, the more I'm reminded that becoming a great travel advisor is about so much more than learning destinations and hotels. It's about building relationships, communicating your value, creating an incredible client experience, solving problems and learning to trust yourself along the way.

I'm really grateful to get to do this again. ☀️

You don’t need to have your whole vacation figured out before you reach out to me. ☀️

Sometimes it starts with, “We want somewhere warm,” “We have a week off,” or simply, “Where should we go?”

That’s enough.

My intake form gives me a starting point—who’s traveling, your dates, budget, and what matters most to you. From there, I’ll ask the right questions, narrow down the options, and help turn the idea into the right trip.

A little Friday celebration. ☀️🌎🎉

Yesterday, Vacations by Veronica officially crossed $1 million in travel booked in 2026.

And while seeing that number is pretty incredible, what I really see are all the people and trips behind it.

Honeymoons. Family vacations. Cruises. Europe. Alaska. Groups of friends. Big anniversaries. Once-in-a-lifetime adventures. And plenty of “We have no idea where we want to go—can you help?” 😂

Every one of those bookings started with someone trusting me with a trip that mattered to them.

I'm incredibly proud of how much this little business has grown—and even more grateful that I get to spend my days helping people experience more of this big world. ❤️

Thank you to every client who has traveled with me, referred a friend, come back for another trip, or simply cheered me on along the way.

THIS is why I love getting photos from clients while they're traveling. 😍🇮🇸

Two couples I worked with are exploring Iceland right now, and these photos from the last couple of days were way too good not to share.

Glaciers. Icebergs. A seal hanging out on the ice. 🦭 And yes...they actually got out there and hiked on the glacier. 🧊

One of my favorite parts of planning trips like this is figuring out how to put all the pieces together so my clients can actually experience a destination—not just see it.

And Iceland is certainly delivering. ❤️

Every time clients send me photos like these, I immediately start thinking about who else I need to send there. 😂🌎

I spend so much time inside the details of each individual trip that sometimes I don't realize what a month of bookings has looked like until I stop and look back. And August was a really good one. ❤️

There were honeymoons and milestone birthdays. Family vacations and friends' trips. Europe, Mexico, cruises, a three-generation getaway—and even a weekend built around Seahawks football. 🏈

Different travelers. Different reasons. Different parts of the world.

That's one of my favorite things about this business. Some trips celebrate something big. Some are about getting everyone together. Some are places you've talked about seeing for years. And sometimes you just really want to go watch your team play football. 😂

Small business. Big world. ☀️🌎
