Northwest Tennessee Tourism Association is proud to welcome four new members to its Board of Directors, each bringing a unique perspective, deep community roots, and a shared passion for telling the story of our region.

Erica Moore will represent Weakley County. As Director of the Weakley County Chamber of Commerce, Erica is known for her ability to connect people, build momentum, and champion rural communities. With a background in communications, leadership development, and public engagement, she has a heart for helping Northwest Tennessee shine and ensuring the people who call it home feel proud of where they live.

Terry Hudson joins the board representing Henry County. Currently serving as Entertainment Booking Director at Breakers Marina on Kentucky Lake, Terry brings decades of experience in radio, public service, and live entertainment. His work attracting visitors from across the region and beyond gives him a valuable, on-the-ground perspective of tourism in action.

Kadince Ferguson will represent Crockett County. A West Tennessee native with a passion for small business success, she is committed to building strong, connected communities.
