A little rain brings a lot of beauty to Reelfoot.

After the rain showers rolled through, this incredible rainbow made an appearance over the lake at Blue Bank— a reminder that sometimes the best views come right after the rain.

If you needed a sign to slow down and enjoy the beauty around us, this might be it. Have you ever caught a rainbow at Reelfoot Lake?

It’s the stories behind the food that make it even more meaningful. At Woodfire Pizza Kitchen, every dish comes with a story, and every story comes straight from the heart. As for the food? It’s simply too good to do justice with words alone. You’ll just have to experience it for yourself.

Long before any of our restaurants existed, a young cook named Mark Laderman and a young waitress named Lisa Chappell met while working together in a small town steakhouse owned by a man named Ted.

Years later they got married, built a family, and eventually that story became part of the foundation for everything we do today.

This Monday we’re introducing a new pizza called “Ted the Greek.”

A small tribute to Ted… and to the place where my parents’ story first began.

What do ya’ll think the restaurant was called?
