Park City is a mirage of iconic views, stories, and spots. Look beyond the visual and let the music guide you to the hidden stories that make up our community. This is the third in a new collection of videos highlighting local musicians in iconic Park City locations!

The Making Tracks Memorial is symbolic to our past guiding us towards our future. Being the host of the 2002 Winter Olympic and Paralympic games was a pivotal time in our history. Not only did it let the world in our secret little mountain town, but it also gave us some of our most utilized infrastructure like the Olympic Park, a key player in helping uplift local athletes and provide recreational winter and summertime activities. We are preparing to host the games in 2034, an extremely exciting next step for us here in Park City, but also Utah as whole. The shape of the statue also pays homage to our years hosting the Sundance FIlm festival, mirroring that of a film roll.

The duality of the statue’s meaning provides a perfect space for the band, where the blend of the music’s styles perfectly captures multi-cultural and international cooperation at the heart of the Olympics. BRAZUCA BAND music elevates the surrounding nature and monument—highlighting Park City as a place that welcomes a variety of backgrounds and stories.

does Labor Day a little differently with two very different kinds of grit this weekend. 🚵

Saturday, more than 400 riders take on the Park City Point2Point, a 75 mile mountain bike race with over 10,000 feet of climbing, winding from Round Valley through Deer Valley and Park City Mountain to the Utah Olympic Park. It's one of the country's toughest endurance mountain bike races, and it runs right through our trails. Keep an eye out for riders and cheer them on as they go!

Monday, the pace shifts. Miners Day brings the Running of the Balls to Main Street at 10:30 a.m., where thousands of numbered golf balls tumble down the track to raise money for the Park City Rotary Club and local nonprofits followed by the 130th Miners Day Parade.

The weather is looking incredible. Enjoy the weekend!

This is the second in a new collection of videos highlighting local musicians in iconic Park City locations!

Built in 2002, the skatepark was created to provide a space for local youth to engage in action-sports and created a designated place for this sport beloved by so many in our
community. Spaces like the skatepark, Woodward, and the Olympic Park are foundational in shaping and growing our community surrounding recreation.

Skateboarding and Opera are seemingly individualistic expressions yet bonded by their joint foundations in community. Skateparks serve as the orchestra for skaters, the backing for the ability to compete alone.

The harmonic chaos of Carter David is juxtaposed with Lisl Wangermann incredible voice. The brutalist architecture of the skatepark provides an acoustic playground for operatic music. Two starkly different forms of expression are elevated by the same platform.

Park City just earned a place on Michelin's map. 🍽️

Handle, Matilda, and The Nelson Cottage by High West have each been named Michelin Recommended in the inaugural Michelin Guide American Southwest, three of only nine Utah restaurants included in the 2026 guide.

We're honored to see these kitchens recognized for the craft and care they bring to every table. Congratulations to all three teams—this one is well earned!

Congratulations to Monte for earning Utah's first Michelin Star. What an incredible achievement!

The Banksy Mural on 402 Main Street is an iconic Park City installation. The Camera Man and Flower was created by Banksy in 2010 during the Sundance Film Festival. The soulful lyrics and acoustics by the Iron Canyon Echoes complement this dedication to art and the sublime on Main Street, Park City!
