We are thankful for the many 5 star reviews on VRBO and Airbnb. Comments like how clean our loft is really makes us happy. We shut everything down in July to throughly clean for the second half of the season. Remember $59 a night with a two night minimum to fill in the holes until the end of the August.

Our final guests checked out this morning with what has been a very busy first half of the year. We are going to shut down the rest of the month of July to do a thorough cleaning of the loft, purchase new bedding, clean woodwork and touch up the walls with paint. We do have the entire month of August open for a special rate of $59 a night with a 2 night minimum stay. After that we are pretty well book up until December with some sparse openings in Sept and October only.

Spring Linn County Farm Tour in the books. We picked up some Local made cheese and free range pork sausage. Spoke to some local farmers on their operations. With the high prices of commercial produced meat and vegetables, it might be a wise choice to shop your local farms and farmer markets.

Check out the Linn County Farm Tour this weekend, May 18th. One of the best stops is Rocky Suns Farms just down the road from us. Try some delicious wine from Blue Dog Wine in Mound City. We support several of these businesses throughout the year. We will be out and about visiting new businesses and our regulars. Come join us!!
