Let’s talk about the term “Infinite Verandah” balcony rooms.

As an experienced travel agent, I think it’s important that my clients truly understand what they’re booking before you spend your hard-earned money. When you book with me, I make sure they understand with pics and an explanation.

Today a client wanted this balcony because it was the cheapest...but in the same breath told me how much him and his wife love to sit outside and shut the door away from the kids. The reality is, you can't do that with this room. They didn't know any better. All they saw a was a price tag.

I’ve sailed on these ships.
I’ve toured the rooms.
I’ve personally stayed in them.
And the photos I share are REAL photos — not heavily edited marketing images.

An Infinite Verandah is DIFFERENT from a traditional balcony cabin, and that difference matters depending on your travel style.
This is NOT a true walk-out balcony.
Instead, the top window lowers down into the wall to create an open-air feeling. While some travelers absolutely love this concept, others book it expecting a traditional balcony experience and end up disappointed.

Here’s why:
• There is no separate outdoor balcony space
• Depending on your height, you may be sitting directly behind the middle divider/bar
• You don’t get that same “step outside” feeling many cruisers love
• Traditional balcony lovers often miss hearing the waves, feeling the breeze, and having that private outdoor separation

For some people, Infinite Verandahs are perfect.
For others, they can take away from the overall cruise experience.
That’s why using an experienced travel agent matters.
