A look back at today’s TTMA program: Preparing Los Angeles for Major Events.

We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us for such a meaningful and timely conversation.

A special thank you to our speakers — Jennifer Vides and Paul Krekorian Office of Major Events— for sharing valuable insight into how Los Angeles is preparing for what’s ahead. From transportation infrastructure to the broader economic impact of global events, it was an inspiring and informative discussion on the opportunities in front of us as a city.

Thank you to our incredible partners who helped bring the experience together:
✨ for hosting us in their beautiful Arts District space
✨ Homegirl Catering for an amazing luncheon and the meaningful work they do in our community
✨ for the thoughtful (and very loved) event treats

And thank you to our TTMA community for showing up, engaging, and being part of the conversation.

We’re excited for what’s ahead and look forward to continuing to build together 💖

From custom blends to branded details, everything was so well executed — the mini bags of kettle and cheddar popcorn were a hit with our attendees and made the perfect party favor 💝

We always appreciate partners who go the extra mile, and the added TTMA branding did not go unnoticed.

A huge thank you to Homegirl Catering (part of & Homeboy Bakery) for taking such great care of our community today.

From the moment they arrived, their team was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive — going above and beyond to ensure everything was set up seamlessly. The lunch was perfect for our group, and you could truly feel the intention behind everything they do.

A special thank you to for hosting us in their incredible space in the Arts District.

From the very beginning, Morgan and the entire team were such a pleasure to work with — supportive, collaborative, and incredibly helpful both in planning and on-site.

The space was perfect for our program, the AV ran seamlessly, and it was so special for our attendees to experience the gallery and learn more about Art Share L.A.’s work — from artist residencies to exhibitions and their commitment to supporting the creative community through accessible space and housing.

We’re so grateful for the partnership and the opportunity to share their work with the TTMA community.

A sweet moment from this weeks gathering 💝

These custom TTMA-branded macaroons were beautifully crafted by , a local Altadena small business. Not only were they stunning, they were absolutely delicious.

We’re so grateful to highlight and support the talented makers in our community — it’s partnerships like these that make our industry feel personal and connected.

Thank you, Kat, for bringing such a thoughtful touch to the event ✨

We’re incredibly grateful to welcome as our luncheon partner for Reflecting Forward: Tourism Recovery with LA is Open.

Farazani’s has long been a beloved neighborhood staple, and like many local businesses, they were directly impacted by last year’s fires. Through it all, they’ve continued to show up for the Altadena and Pasadena communities — offering not just beautiful, thoughtfully prepared food, but a sense of care, connection, and resilience.

It was important to us to partner with businesses rooted in this community, and we’re honored to have them be part of this gathering.

Thank you, Farazani’s, for your partnership and for everything you do for the community. 🤍

We’re honored to host “Reflecting Forward: Tourism Recovery with LA is Open” at

In planning this gathering, it was important for us to select a venue that reflects the spirit of community, resilience, and recovery that defines Altadena. Over the past year, 409 Woodbury has opened its doors to support local vendors, host community events, and create space for connection during a time of rebuilding.

Their work goes far beyond providing a beautiful venue — they’ve been an active part of the community’s recovery.

We’re also excited to welcome 409 Woodbury as a new member of the TTMA community. Their space is ideal for social events, intimate weddings, corporate gatherings, brand experiences, workshops, and wellness activations — all grounded in a thoughtful, community-forward environment.

Grateful to gather here and to continue supporting spaces that support others.

Reflecting Forward — Feb 18 in Altadena ✨

We’re gathering tourism leaders, community partners, and local businesses for an afternoon of connection, conversation, and reflection on recovery — and what’s ahead for tourism.

Grateful for our lead partner Angeles Tourism & Convention Board and excited to welcome Adam Burke as a featured speaker.

Also joining us: Samara Ashley representing LA is Open in collaboration with , plus community voices from

Hosted at the beautiful — a space deeply rooted in Altadena’s recovery and community activation.

This gathering is about coming together, sharing insights, and looking forward — not just for Los Angeles, but for tourism as a whole.

🍽️ A Culinary Thank You to the Everly Hotel 🤍

We need a moment to appreciate the incredible culinary experience delivered by the at this year’s TTMA Holiday Luncheon.

From the beautifully presented family-style service to the thoughtful seasonal flavors, every dish reminded us why food is the heart of hospitality — it brings people together, sets the tone for connection, and creates moments we remember long after the event ends.

A huge thank you to the Everly’s banquet & event teams for nourishing our community with such care and intention. Your hospitality made our luncheon feel warm, elevated, and deeply communal.

At TTMA, we’re proud to be one of the few industry organizations that hosts a full luncheon at our monthly meetings — pairing meaningful programming and networking with a meal that brings people together. It’s something we value deeply as part of our mission to foster connection in our industry.

As you explore or renew membership for 2026, we hope you’ll continue joining us at the table — for great conversations, inspiring speakers, and meals that make every gathering feel like a celebration of our hospitality community.

📅 Cheers to more luncheons, more connection, and more delicious moments in the new year.
