Grand Cru Limousine: Elevating Corporate Experiences in the Paso Robles Wine Region
At Grand Cru Limousine, we pride ourselves on curating unique and unforgettable client experiences. Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting a corporate client showcasing some of the best of the Paso Robles Wine Region. Here’s a glimpse into the tailored journey we curated, highlighting the incredible people and places that make Paso Robles a destination like no other.
Welcome to Paso Robles
Our clients’ stay began at the luxurious Hotel Cheval, where we welcomed them with custom gifts featuring region-specific goods from the General Store Paso Robles, Diablo Paso and Paso Robles Wine. These personalized touches set the tone for an extraordinary bespoke visit.
An Exquisite Welcome Dinner
The first evening featured a meticulously arranged dinner at Libretto. The setting was perfect for food by Oak & Vine Catering with a welcome champagne from L'Aventure Winery. Guests enjoyed wines with winemakers Andy Neja of Cairjn Wine Cellars and Anthony Yount of Royal Nonesuch Farms. The owner of Libretto, Corey Jordan, a renowned pianist, even performed an impromptu piece for our guests. Stunning table centerpieces crafted from anchor brackets, screws, nuts, and bolts, highlighted the guests' own products, adding a personal touch.
Day Two: An Adventure in Flavor and Nature
The next day started at Law Estate Wines, where a private facility tour and tasting awaited. This was complemented by a catered lunch from Tacos Valle, featuring made-to-order al pastor, barbacoa, and chicken tacos.
The journey continued to Hawks Hill Ranch Winery for a private tour and tasting with owner Kit Kuyper and winemaker Don Burns. Guests experienced an adventurous four-wheel drive tour of the vineyard and enjoyed charcuterie and wine.
The owner of Guyomar Wine Cellars, Ishka Stanislaus, and his family hosted dinner. Chef Rohan Rambukpotha prepared a unique French-Sri Lankan menu. The chef traveled from Los Angeles and is known for his exceptional dishes at Guyomar wine club parties.
As a token of appreciation, the guests asked us to arrange thank-you gifts of premium spirits from Grapes & Grains.
Day Three: Unwinding and More Wine Adventures
Day three required some nimble, last-minute planning to arrange 11 massages split between River Oaks-Hot Springs and Spa and Allegretto Vineyard Resort Spa, which accommodated our evening before requests.
After a relaxing morning, the clients enjoyed a tasting at Fulldraw Vineyard with Gary Irvin and a private pizza lunch provided by Justin Hall of Kindling Culinary Company.
The day continued with an immersive tour of Halter Ranch Vineyard with Timothy Argie, including a facility-cave tour and their famous train ride to the Ancestor Tree, all while enjoying their exquisite wines.
A Grand Finale
Owner and winemaker Goran Bjekovic and his family, including Sasha Vujacic, hosted a Deep Library Epicurean Farewell Dinner at Aleksander Wine by S&G Estate, complete with a selection of fine ci**rs.
Celebrating Paso Robles
Throughout the trip, a dedicated Grand Cru Limousine team member accompanied the group, ensuring every detail was flawlessly executed. This corporate journey through Paso Robles was a testament to the region's vibrant community and exceptional offerings.
