Dear Valued Clients,
We would like to extend our heartfelt apologies for any inconvenience you might have experienced over the past month as we've navigated a mix of beautiful and challenging events.
First, we're thrilled to share that Krystyna welcomed her beautiful baby boy, Ryker, who arrived four weeks early and spent some time in the NICU. Unfortunately, just two weeks later, we faced the loss of Krystyna's grandmother, Phyllis (Nana), Tracey’s mother, who many of you may remember from her time in our office.
As if these life events weren't enough, we recently experienced a sudden departure of one of our groomers. Please know that we are doing everything we can to keep our services running smoothly during this difficult time.
If you find yourself feeling frustrated because we haven't been able to return your call or because you missed an appointment and we’re fully booked for a month, we sincerely apologize. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and support as we work hard to meet all of our clients' needs.
