September is officially here, and that means the BigCrappie.com Fishing Rodeo starts TODAY!

All month long, we’re adding a little friendly competition to our fishing trips on Cedar Creek Lake. Come out, catch fish, have a great time, and see if you can put your name at the top of the leaderboard!

We’ll be keeping track of some of the biggest catches throughout September in several categories, including crappie, white bass, catfish, hybrid striper, and even bluegill.

And yes—there will be prizes and giveaways! 🎁🏆

You never know what might be given away or what your big catch could earn you. The whole idea is to make September even more fun for everyone who comes fishing with us. Whether you’re an experienced angler, bringing the kids, or just looking for a great day on the water, any cast could hook a rodeo contender!

The fishing is GOOD right now! We’re catching a mixed bag of crappie, white bass, catfish, and hybrid stripers.

🌡️ Main-lake water temperature is hovering around 86°F.
🎣 White bass are being caught around 12 feet.
🎣 Crappie are holding deeper around 20 feet.
🐟 And you never know what else is going to bend the rod!
