Fabulous, classic island cottage built in 1909 on a lot purchased from a large landowner that owned most of this end of the island. It is located on the road that circles the island so you get to watch fabulous island summer life pass by from the spaciou

s deck. It was formerly a summer boarding house for ladies and now the we have owned it for 4 generations, ensuring that it is passed on in the best condition possible. It has 4 bedrooms and can currently sleep 8 in comfortable beds. The inside porch captures the sun, and the deck provides a comfortable area to watch the summer people parade in total privacy. Large deck, inside porch, living room, dining room, full kitchen, 2 full baths, 4 bedrooms. Large yard bordered by stone wall. 5 minute walk to both bay and Hussey Sound.

Bought a fabulous painting of Webbers Store by Linda Prybylo at the T.E.I.A. art show this morning. This is the way it looked when I was a kid. Such fond memories hanging out on the steps with my tribe eating Penny Candy, Creamsicles, and chewing Bazooka bubble gum.
