The key to it all is learning not to worry about when it will happen.

Just know that it will happen.

Faith does not always give you the date.
Discipline does not always give you the timeline.
Purpose does not always give you the shortcut.

But when you keep showing up, keep building, keep believing, and keep doing the work when nobody is clapping yet, something is happening beneath the surface.

The seed is growing.
The doors are aligning.
The people are being positioned.
The preparation is becoming proof.

Stop letting the delay make you question the destination.

What is meant for you does not need to be forced. It needs to be prepared for.

Keep your head down.
Keep your faith up.
Keep your hands on the work.

Don’t worry about when it will happen.

Just know it will.... 😉🏈

Back in 2012, the mission wasn’t to follow the game, it was to introduce a concept the game wasn’t ready for yet.

So we slowed down and did the real work. We studied every angle, broke down the Rubik’s Cube of professional sports and athlete ecosystems, and committed to understanding the business, the structure, and the long-term play.

We watched leagues rise and fall.
We analyzed.
We adjusted.
We refined the vision without rushing the process.

Because this was never about quick wins.

Slow and steady builds something that lasts.

This is bigger than a game.
