ony. The crow's nest is great for watching fish, dolphins, stingray, pelicans, fireworks & Blue Angles. The ground level has your own private sugar-white sand beach, picnic table, charcoal grill, hammocks and Adirondack chairs. Hot and cold outside shower is available for rinsing off after a swim in the Sound. A 220' private dock can be used for fishing or bringing your own boat. Calm waters of Santa Rosa Sound are great for fishing, swimming, paddle boarding and sea kayaking. Walking on the Gulf of Mexico beach is only 3 blocks away.
