Regency Cabanas HOA Regency Cabanas HOA Page will be used as another avenue for the Board of Directors to send information to our community members.

We do not have any information on rentals. Each unit in our community is individually owned.

Just a reminder to be sure to send in your proxy with vote ASAP. All work on the big pool is at a stand still unless we get an approval from 2/3 of the homeowners by the meeting on 2/24 and collect funds by 3/1.

Some rough weather passed through overnight here. Tornado activity close by. The pond is filled to the brim and there are lots of puddles around the property. At first glance, doesn’t seem to be any damage to buildings. The South Gate isn’t currently receiving power. It has been manually opened and will remain open until the issue can be further assessed and repaired.

Just a heads up both Security gates are now functioning properly! We know it has taken a while to get the part and have the South Gate fixed. Tim checked all the codes this morning so before you call MHS and say the gate is “Broken” please ensure you are using the correct code.

You may have noticed the signs for an “Executive Session” this weekend. The board members are holding a phone meeting to discuss some needed changes to the budget prior to approving the Annual Budget. We will have a separate budget meeting in the next few weeks to review the budget and vote to approve it. We will post the notice for that meeting two weeks prior. Feel free to reach out with questions.
