These beautiful units are proudly owned and maintained by the Perdido Towers Owners Association. These luxury units have a gulf front and pool view. The living quarters are downstairs, with two bedrooms on the second floor.

Unit descriptions are identical except for color schemes and are described as follows:

Master bedroom faces gulf front with floor to ceiling windows and additional windows facing the pool. Second bedroom faces North to Old River with a private balcony. Floor to ceiling windows in living rooms facing South viewing the Gulf of Mexico. Private patio off living room. There are windows in the dining rooms and living rooms overlooking the pool. Each upstairs bedroom has their own private full bathroom and there is a half bath on the first floor. Sleeper sofa in living room. Professionally decorated. Flat screen TV’s in living room and both bedrooms. Kitchen has granite countertops with stainless steel appliances. Beautiful dinnerware and a fully furnished kitchen for meal preparation. Laundry room is off the kitchen on the first floor.

Perdido Towers consists of two towers with a total of 68 units. Our 400 feet of private beach offers access to the Perdido Beach Service – an umbrella and chair rental service. Perdido Towers DOES NOT allow tents and canopies on the beach. Our riverside across the street offers an exclusive boat dock & slips, boat trailer parking, and a lighted pier for fishing. There are also three tennis courts for our guests use.
