Some people say Pensacola has too many breweries (for the record, some of us say they’re wrong).

A recent study lands Pensacola ninth in the nation in terms of breweries per capita, with nine for every 50,000 residents — placing our little city right behind brewery heavyweight Portland, Oregon.

Being in Florida surrounded by tropical breezes and nearly year-long humidity, we're always excited to try new beers that are made for beach days and hot afternoons on the porch.

Locally, our favorite fruit-inspired beers at the Treasure Grove from Pensacola Bay Brewery that's infused with Seville Oranges grown right here in Pensacola.

Perfect Plain Brewery's Rasberry Buzzer Be**er is brewed with Rasberry puree and a touch of lemon for a refreshing taste and zesty punch.

If you haven't had a chance to try either, go check them out!
