Peddie's Lake House My favorite place on earth We will be entering our 3rd season of rental this year. We have made many updates to our 115 year old home these past 2 years.

We can sleep 8 comfortably. We have 5 bedrooms total, 3 full beds, 1 king, and 3 twin. One indoor shower, 2 toilets and an outdoor shower. We have a fully functioning kitchen. As with many 100+ year old homes built in this era the walls are not insulated so noise within the cottage is typical. No central air is available but the breeze from the lake with the ceiling fans provides comfortable slee

ping. This is a perfect rustic and charming place to share with family. Our lake house sits on a bluff away from a private beach on Lake Michigan. Only a handful of cottages have access to this beach, which goes all the way to the south side of the Pentwater Pier and Channel. Pentwater is a beautiful small town with great shops and restaurants. Our association has a wooded boardwalk that will take you all the way to the pier as well. Gorgeous sunsets from the wrap around porch offer hours of relaxation and enjoyment as well as watching the wildlife. Amenities:

Water is supposed to turn on this weekend- it didn’t:(. I raked all the leaves and then we did as much rock as we could until the rain started. Furnace did NOT turn on, refrigerator is leaking, water cooler broke and is leaking going to the trash- and I blew a fuse at least 12 times in 2 days!
