Welcome to Mainstay Air B&B! I hope you enjoy staying in our small town of Perry, NY. Available are three beautiful apartments for rent. One, two bedroom suite and two, one bedroom suites.

As a local resident, I hope you enjoy staying here as much as I love living here. Perry may be a small town but we pack a big punch when it comes to country side beauty. Many of our town residents enjoy checking out the year round state park of Letchworth. The fall foliage is to die for and, although the winter activities are limited, the Glen Iris is a beautiful place to visit. And you may just be able to catch a glimpse of the bald Eagles! Spring, summer and fall have a host of activities. Check out The Charcoal Corral, the balloon festival or any number of fun things to do!
