After my Silence of the Lambs dinner, each guest will receive a Death’s Head Moth keychain, to commemorate the experience!

I’m a Chef with 35 years of experience, who’s loved Silence since its debut and has been working for Buffalo Bill's House, for the past three years! 🏠

Be a guest at my table on Sunday, October 25, as my Culinary Cinema Series pays tribute to one of the most iconic movies in film history! 🎥

Enjoy the show on a 100 foot screen, as the three courses in my curated menu are delivered to you—then shop the creations of the local artisans at Monongahela’s Rustic Roots Home and Body!

Course One:
Field greens with pickled fava beans, rosemary croutons, toasted almonds and Cranberry Honey Mustard Vinaigrette.

Course Two:
Herb Marinated Chicken Breast, stuffed with Smoked Gouda Mac and Cheese, draped in caramelized shallot beurre blanc. Served with grilled asparagus.

Course Three:
Chocolate Mousse Torte with Chianti Ganache, adorned with an edible Death’s Head Moth
