We began our morning with Mass in the Polish chapel in the Grottos of St. Peter's Basilica. Afterwards the group had a Vatican Museum. I went to Carolina Homebaked Smeal for breakfast.

Today we had the general audience in St. Peter's Square. Then the day was free for our pilgrims. I am looking forward to hearing about their adventures, especially these three ladies!

Mass today was celebrated over the tomb of St. Maria Goretti in Netunno. We enjoyed some time by the sea before visiting the Sicily America Cemetery. The remainder of the afternoon was free to shop, rest, explore. Tomorrow the Papal Audience.

Started the day with Mass in St. Mary Major, followed by visits to St. John Lateran and St. Paul Outside the Walls.

This morning we celebrated Mass at Santa Maria degli Angeli before departing Umbria. We headed to Multipulciano, in Tuscany, to visit a winery and enjoy a wine tasting. Afterwards we headed south to Rome. We checked into our beautiful hotel then headed out to dinner.

Good morning from Assisi. The valley is still sleeping, covered with a beautiful blanket. It is going to be a glorious day. Praise God!

Today Fr. Kelly's group made a visit to Abbazia di San Benedetto in Monte, Nursia. We joined the Monks in their communal Mass in the new Oratory of the Nativity. They had to build a new space to celebrate Mass as the old church is to small for groups over 20. Fr. Cassian then spoke with the group and answered any questions they had. Afterwards Fr. Augustine, the Brewmaster, gave a little talk about their beer, then we enjoyed a tasting of it. We visited the gift shop then finished with a delicious meal at Casale degli Amici! They have the best lasagna tartufo!
