If you’re heading to Magic Kingdom for the Halloween party, here’s my can’t miss tips:

1. Have a plan before you arrive. There’s so much to do in one night, you cannot get it all done. Decide what matters most to you and your party.

2. Take advantage of the early entry time. Party guests can enter Magic Kingdom at 4:00pm before the actual party begins. Use that time to eat something substantial and hit an attraction or two.

3. Don’t skip the entertainment! These are the best experiences of the party (imo). The Sanderson Sisters, favorite Disney characters, and iconic moments make them worth prioritizing.

4. Trick-or-treat even if you don’t have little ones. The treat trails are filled with surprises and, yes, you guessed it, a ton of candy.

5. And before you leave, don’t forget to thank the hostess with the mostess! Mickey AND Minnie can be found in Town Square Theatre.

Halloween Horror Nights 2026🤡🎩

Here is a breakdown of my entire day from arrival to walking out at an early 9pm😂

10:30am Arrive at Universal Studios. HHN admission is located to the far right! Yes, I was able to go ahead and get my band because I had a park and event ticket.

10:45am First things first: Minion Land. I traveled with friends and the four year old is in love with Illumination’s Villain-Con Minion Blast. If you haven’t tried this one, don’t skip it next time! It’s such a good family friendly attraction.

11:30am My favorite attraction in the park! There will be no questions at this time.

12:30pm Meet & Greets are so fun! Character times can be found in the app or you can ask a Team Member if you have a favorite you’re wanting to catch.

12:45pm This attraction typically has a low wait time and we love a shooter game around here.

1:35pm After becoming the next villain, saving ET, and killing aliens, we worked up quite an appetite. We went back to Minion Land for lunch and then, Horror Nights!

1:55pm If you have a park ticket and an event ticket, or you purchase the Scream Early add on, you are eligible to begin touring houses at 2pm. Certain houses open at certain times and it’s a game changer.

2:40pm Universal has the houses mapped out beautifully. Stranger Things 5 spit me out right at Jack & Oddfellow. Although the wait times reflected high in the app, it really wasn’t taking that long to get through them.

3:35pm On the way to my third house, I stopped by The Tribute Store. If you’ve been here a min, you know I love a Tribute Store. does such a good job each season!

3:50pm Hellraiser was the last of the three first houses we could tour. I knocked it out fairly quickly (for standby) and then waited for Sinners to open at 5pm.

4:20pm Sinners was the longest wait because I was waiting for time and not only people shuffling through the house. However, Hellraiser and Sinners were neighbors, it was raining, the wait was covered, and I would make the same call again.

The Best of the Fest🧀

🍽️ The Griddled Cheese is my favorite thing each festival. I am so glad they keep bringing it back. It’s just perfection to me. 10/10 every year!

🍽️ The Schinkennudeln is another favorite and part of Emile’s Fromage Montage. I was going to skip it this year because I prefer to try different things, but I couldn’t pass it by. 10/10 again and again!

🍽️ Mexico continues to SERVE every single year. I thought the two items I had were two of my favorite things from the entire day. How do you rate the best of the best? 10/10 have been dreaming of them both!

🍽️ Hawaii is another banger booth. I get the Pulled Pork every year and it slaps every time. I love it and the cheesecake for my beloved cheese crawl. It all melts in your mouth. 10/10 for them both!

🍽️ The Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse Trifle was a throwback for the 30th Anniversary of Food & W**e. It was not something I had before, but it was creamy and dreamy. 10/10 for the pumpkin lover!

🍽️ The Mac and Cheese Cheesesteak was another returning favorite for the 30th Anniversary. This entire booth was a win for me. I was glad to see the Mac and Cheese and thrilled for the entire cheesy space they created in CommuniCore Hall. 10/10 for cheese!

ALL good things this year because there were no misses for me. The menus I ate from, some new and some returning, really hit the ball out of the park. Food & W**e was my first EPCOT festival to attend and it holds a special place in my heart (and stomach). 10/10 festival 🤌🏻
