Dear Beloved Women Travelers,
What a journey it has been — and what a journey lies ahead!
I am overjoyed to share that I am getting married this August! In honor of this beautiful new chapter, I am taking a heartfelt pause from my tours and retreats at Amble and Rove Tours and Coaching to celebrate love, rest, and renewal.
But first — I want to honor YOU. Since 2017, hundreds of remarkable women have walked cobblestone streets with me through Florence, Tuscany, Verona, Padua, Venice, Buccine, and Sicily, and breathed in the magic of Innsbruck, Salzburg, Vienna, and the stunning Stubaital Valley in Austria. Together, we wandered, wondered, laughed, and grew. Every single one of you arrived safely, returned changed, and carried home memories that will last a lifetime. No serious injuries. No illnesses. No travel disruptions — just pure, transformative connection in some of the most beautiful places on earth. I could not be more proud of what we built together.
When I return, I am bringing that same magic closer to home. I will be creating experiences and workshops right here in my breathtaking Northern Michigan — where the Great Lakes shimmer, the northern woods whisper, and women can gather, connect, and rise together in a whole new way.
Thank you for every step of this adventure. I look forward to new horizons!

We just returned from the most soul-replenishing Women’s Retreat in Sicily — and honestly? It changed us.

Picture this: a stunning villa perched on the edge of the Mediterranean, your own private chef preparing fresh, locally sourced breakfasts and indulgent 4-course dinners, and a circle of women who get it — the juggling, the noise, the constant putting-others-first. This was our week to finally put ourselves first.

We explored. We learned. We exhaled.

Our incredible guide brought Sicily alive — cobblestone mornings in the ancient city of Ortigia, the raw power of Mount Etna still very much alive beneath our feet, and the vivid art of Caltagirone’s ceramic city. Every day felt like a beautiful, slightly surreal dream.
But what set this retreat apart? The workshops designed specifically for where we are right now.
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy tools to quiet the inner critic and finally make that voice in your head kind to you
• Vagus nerve & somatic nervous system — understanding how your body holds stress, and how to release it
• Joy & fulfillment after 40 — because this chapter? It can be the richest one yet

And between all of that? We laughed a lot . We dipped our toes in the sea. We ate entirely too much gelato, cannolis and pasta (no regrets). We made and strengthened the kind of friendships that don’t fade when you get back to real life.
This is what midlife can look like when you choose yourself.
