On August 29th, we were proud to host Pancakes with the Police at our hotel alongside the Pflugerville Police Department! Pflugerville Police Department

It was a wonderful morning filled with good food, great conversations, and the opportunity for our community to connect with the officers who serve and protect Pflugerville every day. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who came out and made the event such a success, and a special thank you to the Pflugerville Police Department for joining us and helping make this community event possible!

💜💙 That’s a wrap on Spirit Week 2026! 💙💜

We closed out an incredible week with one final day focused on building connections, recognizing one another, and celebrating what makes our team so special!

💼 Friday – Catch Me Friday: Dressed in our best business casual attire, team members partnered with someone they didn’t know very well and spent time getting to know one another. Afterward, everyone shared something they learned about their partner with the group, helping us strengthen relationships and learn more about the amazing people we work alongside every day.

👏 We also participated in Hilton’s Catch Me at My Best recognition program by submitting a “Catch” for a teammate who went above and beyond or made a positive impact during Spirit Week. It was a great opportunity to recognize the kindness, teamwork, and hospitality that makes our hotel such a great place to work.

📖 Throughout the week, team members completed their Spirit Week Passports, participated in themed activities, and brought enthusiasm to every event. From team murals and concert tees to breakfast fun, birthday celebrations, Person Bingo, superhero day, and meaningful recognition, Spirit Week was filled with laughter, creativity, and connection. Stay tuned to find out who our spirit week champions were!!

A huge thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this week such a success. We appreciate each and every one of you for bringing your energy, positivity, and TRU spirit all week long! 💜💙

💜💙 Spirit Week keeps rolling! 💙💜

We’ve wrapped up Days 3 & 4, and our team has continued bringing the fun while making memories together!

🥞 Wednesday – Breakfast Wednesday: We started the day by breaking into groups for breakfast-themed coloring activities, giving everyone a chance to relax, laugh, and show off their creativity. We also celebrated our June and July birthdays with a delicious lasagna party— Happy birthday to our June and July babies! 🎉🎂

🦸 Thursday – HSK & Maintenance Thursday: Team members got to know each other a little better by playing Person Bingo! It was a fun way to connect, learn interesting facts about one another, and celebrate the hospitality heroes who help keep our hotel running every day.

We’re excited to wrap up Spirit Week with one more day of fun and celebrate an amazing week of teamwork, laughter, and TRU spirit! 💜💙

💜💙 Spirit Week is officially underway! 💙💜

We’ve wrapped up Days 1 & 2, and our team has been bringing the energy!

🎨 Monday – TRU Spirit Monday: We kicked things off by creating team murals to show off our creativity and hotel spirit.

🎵 Tuesday – Sales Focus Tuesday: Team members rocked their favorite band and concert tees while taking on fun hospitality-themed word searches.

📖 Everyone received a Spirit Week Passport, earning a manager’s signature each day they participate in the theme. Team members who collect signatures for all of their scheduled workdays (minimum of 3) will be entered into our final day prize drawing! 🎉

We can’t wait to see what the rest of the week has in store—from cozy Breakfast Wednesday to our superhero celebration and finishing strong on Friday!

What better way to celebrate turning FIVE than with colorful handprints, cupcakes, balloons, and the best team around? ✋🎉

Today reminded us that it takes every single hand to make this place special. Thank you to our amazing staff for all the heart, dedication, and teamwork you bring every day.

We created a special handprint banner featuring each team member’s handprint, how long they’ve been with us, and a quote they love or live by. It will be proudly displayed in our breakroom as a reminder of the people who make this place feel like home every single day. 💚🩷🩵
