Greetings from the PA Baptist State Convention Eastern Region,

My name is Alycyn Roye, Assistant Director for the Eastern Region. I am sending this correspondence because the Eastern Region is hosting a Comedy Show on January 10, 2025. We are actively seeking businesses or individuals ("vendors") who are interested in setting up a booth or table at the event to showcase their products or services to potential customers. We are also in need of items to be donated for our raffle and/or swag bags. This event is to raise money for transportation for Youth and Young Adults to participate in the PA Baptist State Convention activities. We hope that you would you consider participating in our event.

The show will be held at The Lutheran Theological Seminary located at 7301 Germantown Ave Philadelphia, PA. The showtime is 7pm.

Hello I am the Youth Director for Mt Zion Baptist Church of Germantown. Our Youth is hosting a Back to School Block Party Fundraiser on Aug 24th at 12pm and we are in need of vendors.
