Water Damage Tips
Water damage is the #1 most common homeowners insurance claim — and also one of the most mishandled. 💧
If you come home to water damage, here's what to do first:
1. Stop the source if possible (shut off water main)
2. Document everything with photos and video BEFORE cleanup
