I know every dollar counts on a Walt Disney World vacation, so I try to be very thoughtful about any extra I suggest to my clients. There are a few add-ons I really believe in at the Walt Disney World Resort, and one of them is a Disney After Hours event.
For 3 hours (after official park closing) you’ll get to explore EPCOT, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios or Typhoon Lagoon with far fewer guests. These events honestly feel like a little taste of the old Extra Magic Hours - but even better, because they’re truly limited-capacity. This means very low wait times, a relaxed pace, and a near “empty park” feeling. And (bonus!) unlimited popcorn, ice cream novelties (Mickey ice cream bars) and a variety of bottled drinks are also included with your admission.
While they are a premium charge, the low waits, low crowds and included treats really make it worth the cost - especially for repeat visitors, night owls, families looking for a calmer park experience, or anyone looking to make the most of a shorter stay.
✨ If you could visit any of the parks for an After Hours event, which would you pick?
