Paul is the President and Founder of Hospitality 3 LLC, a Manhattan-based real estate development firm, established in 2003. With more than thirty years and over $2.0 billion of development experience, Paul is one of the most respected innovators in the hospitality industry.
As President of Hospitality 3, he has integrated a full-service project management-consulting firm with his independent development portfolio, which includes the creation of Study Hotels. The Study Hotels brand was conceived around the needs of university markets and has proven successful at its first two properties; The Study at Yale, a 124-room hotel operating on the Yale University campus and The Study at University City, a 212-room hotel in West Philadelphia’s University City. Following the success of The Study at Yale and the recent opening of The Study at University City, Paul is currently engaged in the development of its third hotel on the campus of The University of Chicago.
