MSC Magnifica Bahamas Ratings & Review

MSC Magnifica Bahamas Overview

Debuted in 2010, MSC Magnifica has a capacity of 3,223 passengers and 987 crew members. The ship received a major refurbishment in summer 2021 that added 215 new staterooms, two new restaurants, a new 8,000-square-foot sundeck and other new public spaces.
During the day, guests can swim laps in the swimming pools, receive treatments at the spa, visit the bowling alley or work up a sweat at the ship’s gym. Later in the day grab a meal at one of the five gourmet restaurants onboard. At night, guests can take in live shows, try their luck at the casino or relax in one of 11 bars and lounges.
When it’s time to go to bed, cruisers can rest their heads in Interior, Ocean View or Balcony staterooms, or opt for a Suite equipped with an oversized balcony for more space. All cabins are outfitted with minibars, TVs and closets.

Bottom line:
An older ship, what it lacked in bells and whistles it made up for in charm. The staff went above and beyond to make our vacation extra special. Our first time on the MSC Magnífica was an exceptional experience that exceeded our expectations. From the moment we boarded, we were impressed by the warm, familiar atmosphere created by the staff. Overall, a fantastic vacation for groups, couples and individuals alike.

Norwegian Bliss Alaska Overview

One of the most scenic and thrilling cruises is Alaska, and this 7-day itinerary even includes Icy Strait Point and its wilderness experiences. Just outside of Juneau is where you’ll find the majestic Mendenhall Glacier. Walk the nature trails and explore the Visitor Center with its view of the Juneau Ice Field. Icy Strait Point is home to the largest Native Tlingit village in the state and its waters are teeming with wildlife, including orcas and humpbacks. Since every shop at Icy Strait Point is Native-owned, this is the place for authentic goods and handicrafts. Your last port is Victoria, the oldest city in the Pacific Northwest. With its green spaces and Victorian architecture, it is stunning. See Butchart Gardens and the stately Craigdarroch Castle.

Bottom line:
This beautiful cruise ship was equally lovely as it was convenient. Fine dining, artisan drinks, relaxing spa, scenic observation deck and more all at your fingertips. Although, the bountiful outdoor water attractions felt like a waste for this itinerary; it was just too cold. That impracticality was remedied with the full deck observation deck and plentiful scenic views throughout the ship. Overall, a fantastic vacation for groups, couples and individuals alike.

This BEAUTIFUL Instagram worthy hotel was a wonderful mix of elegance and Mexican charm. From the sun splashed indoor/outdoor lobby, to the rooftop pool and whirlpool bath, to the eclectic breakfast room. We wanted a baecatiom to remember and this romantic locale delivered. Highly recommended for gay travels and all lovers alike.

Bottom line:
This beautiful boutique hotel was equally lovely as it was convenient. Centrally located to all of the sites of the European side of bustling Istanbul. It allows you to end your day either in their traditional hammam or rooftop restaurant or both! Still, for the price, I expected a bit more. May try another option for future visits, but would still recommend.
