Since 1992, the Taste of the NFL (a 501c3 organization) has rallied the country's top chefs and the NFL's greatest players to raise money in support of ending hunger across the United States. The Super Bowl Taste Of The NFL - The Culinary Joyride is held on the eve of Super Bowl in the host city. This event is a unique way to experience exceptional cuisine, meet NFL players and coaches, and support our fight against hunger.

Last night, Taste of the Draft took a big bite out of HUNGER at the in Pittsburgh 🏈🍽️!

With incredible dishes from the city’s culinary stars, the energy of Steelers greats and NFL legends, and community champions, we came together for a powerful night of food, football, and philanthropy in support of GENYOUth’s mission to help schoolchildren thrive by living well-nourished and physically active lives.

Today, we are proud to celebrate 🎉our Super Schools initiative with Pittsburgh Steelers Legend Charlie Batch and the Duquesne City School District. In the lead up to the 91st this week in Pittsburgh, GENYOUth has provided 91 grants to Pennsylvania schools that are helping to increase access to 13 million school meals🥛 and empowering play opportunities for 50,000 students.

Chef Tim Fetter, Senior Manager of Culinary Innovation and Standards at Parkhurst Dining, brings a distinguished career rooted in culinary excellence, innovation, and leadership across Pittsburgh’s food scene. A The Culinary Institute of America graduate and award-winning chef, Tim has built a remarkable legacy through Parkhurst Dining, the American Culinary Federation, and his continued commitment to culinary education and community impact.

Alongside him, Chef John Frick, Director of Menu Development for Eat'n Park and Hello Bistro, brings more than 35 years of hospitality and menu innovation experience. Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Chef Robert “RC” Carter’s passion for food began early, inspired by his mother’s love for cooking and a family legacy rooted in hospitality. What started as a family tradition has grown into an extraordinary culinary career built on dedication, leadership, and excellence.

After earning his Associate’s Degree in International Culinary Studies, Chef Robert brought his talent to Pittsburgh, where he has become a respected name in the city’s dining scene. Chef Robert has been serving as Chef de Cuisine for the past year and a half. Prior to Café Momentum he served for 15 years, as the Executive Chef at Cioppino Restaurant and Cigar Bar.

Instrumental in leading and evaluating food, resulting in a top 27 ranking for restaurants in 2025, Chef Robert continues to leave a lasting impact both in and beyond the kitchen.

As Chef and Partner of Tina's, Chef Daniele curates a multi-course family meal experience centered around hyper-seasonal ingredients, regional flavors, and sustainable agricultural practices.
