I wanted to share a bread that I made that has turned out to be so delicious and healthy. Me and Mr.C like to do resets ever so often. We started this one off with a clean fast for a few days then lower calories and intermittent fasting for 30 days. No sugar or anything processed. We do the intermittent fasting pretty regularly but hitting it hard for a month. This bread is made with red lentils and sweet potato. I’ll add the recipe in the comments. I hope this new year is finding everyone well and safe! Let me know if you have made a bread like this before.
