We have expanded into Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Dandridge, Gatlinburg, and Walland! We have a little of everything, from Glamping to a home in the mountains with an indoor pool, hot tub, and game room that sleeps 12.

Most are an easy drive to town; 2 are located within Pigeon Forge. All of our homes have hot tubs, all but 2 homes have game rooms, and we even have 2 glamping campers. We have a little bit of everything! You have choices!

If you have stayed with us in the past, you know how I am about customer service. We have chosen 3 companies that will take excellent care of you! Not every company is in every location, and since we are spread out, we picked the best in the area! We will post the homes, which you can click on, and send you to their location.

Our latest new home is on Douglas Lake (the largest lake in Tennessee with 513 miles of shoreline) between Dandridge and Sevierville, TN, and we are ready to accept your reservation. It has beautiful views of Douglas Lake and the mountains. Whether you enjoy taking in the scenery or boating, you've found the perfect location. You can launch your boat at the home's private boat launch ramp. Excellent boating and fantastic fishing! A boat dock is coming, but it is not in yet. Getting a lot accomplished this week. Finishing up the a gazebo!
The new tub that was delivered Wednesday, placing it Friday on gazebos deck. Can’t wait to be the first use it! Hopefully Monday the electrician will be here to install the shutoff and electricity to the hot tub.
Next, converting half of the garage into a game room. Thursday is D-day, we need to be completed and out of here! Fingers crossed!

Clouds have been low this week, could not see Mt LeConte, the second highest mountain on the east coast. The weather has been amazing! I love getting up in the morning and having coffee on the back porch with temps in 56-63 degrees. Just awesome with a million dollar view and the cool temps! Can’t wait for the beautiful fall colors to come In October.

We are so excited, we are expanding into Tennessee. Last May my husband brought me to Pigeon Forge, TN., home of someone you might of heard of, Dolly Parton.
Pigeon Forge is like a wonderland of fun wholesome enjoyment. We knew this was the place! We have been through 11 complete home renovations. It was lots of work, but now we can enjoy seeing our progress grow. We are not done growing yet! There is more to come.
We have a little bit of everything. You can stay in town, in the country or in the mountains. one thing all our homes have in common they have a beautiful view, some with game rooms, all have hot tubs and fire pit's. Water enjoyment isn’t just in Florida! For the boating or fishing enthusiast we have a home on Tennessee's largest lake with breathtaking views!
Tennessees largest lake, Douglas Lake is a relaxing lake to enjoy spending the day on and for the fishing enthusiast great fishing! Dandridge area has a lot of fishing tournaments in the later part of summer, early fall.
