Objective of the position:
This position is responsible for completing work orders to ensure condos are at the highest standard prior to the arrival of guests and owners. The Maintenance Technician will perform routine and non-routine service order requests.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
• Performs routine and non-routine maintenance service requests.
• Minor repairs of plumbing systems, cabinetry, minor electric, and HVAC systems
• Preventative maintenance
• Installs and repairs locks, including electronic and Wi-Fi entry systems or the acute ability to learn these skills
• Ability to troubleshoot wireless computer systems, Wi-Fi, cable television wiring, and remote systems
• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned by the Maintenance Manager
Who you are:
• 2+ years of experience in the maintenance field
• Experience in property management or short-term rentals and working knowledge of maintenance and hospitality standards
• Attention to detail, excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
• Knowledge of small hand and power tools
• Microsoft and other computer knowledge
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, bend, push, pull, and/or move objects more than 25lbs
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Ability to work a varied schedule to include weekends and holidays
