Firefly Hollow is a great two bedroom cabin with two master suites with king size beds in both, but also has bunk beds in the game room and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room, so up to 8 people can sleep comfortably in the cabin. On the lower level, there’s a huge game room with pool table, electronic game table, checkerboard table, darts and an assortment of other family friendly games.
The upper outdoor area has a great fire pit for those chilly nights or making smores with the family. The kitchen has everything needed for making a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. Each of the bedrooms and living area has large screen TV’s with DVD players. There’s a full size washer and dryer to make things easier for families. There’s private parking for two cars just a few feet from the front door as well. We’ve been updating the cabin with new furniture, bedding, TV’s, patio furniture, lighting, dishes, small appliances, pots and pans and lots more. There is a large deck off the main floor with a new gas grill, rocking chairs and more patio furniture. The construction of handrails along the walkway leading to the cabin has been finished, making it safer. Solar walkway lights have also been added. The cabin is named “Firefly Hollow” and is located near The Island, LeConte Convention Center and the Cal Ripkin Baseball Complex in Pigeon Forge. It’s about 1.5 miles from Dollywood, so the cabin is convenient to just about everything. Trust me, we wanted convenient and this cabin is close to the outlet malls, restaurants, shows and all the other attractions. Plus, you’re just a few minutes from downtown Gatlinburg.
