Thank you for nine great years of memories! August 3, 2012 through December 17, 2021
This was definitely Jimmy's happy place! He loved talking with the guests and trying to make their stay as enjoyable as possible. He loved just being at the cabin and working on it to make it perfect in every way. It was never a rental home to Jimmy. It was his personal piece of heaven that he enjoyed sharing with others.
I wish I had enjoyed managing it like he did but it was very time consuming and a burden on me. I'm happy that this chapter has finally closed. It just isn't the same place without jimmy being there. His excitement and love for the place made it so much more enjoyable to be there.
We are so thankful to all of our friends and guests that stayed at the cabin. You are all so special to us! ❤️

Good thing we have a bear - proof trash can container. This is one determined bear to get into that trash.
This looks like one of the cubs from a few years ago. He's really grown but not the size of the mama bear that comes to the cabin often.
