People ask how I ended up doing fingerprints. 😄

It started with notary work back in 2007. Then insurance. Then people kept asking me things like “do you know where I can get fingerprinted?” and “who does passport photos in this town?”
So I got licensed, got certified, got the equipment, and kept adding until nobody had to leave Pine Bluff.
That’s not a business plan. That’s just listening to your neighbors.

A regular Thursday around here.

Two nurses, a teacher renewing her license, a concealed carry applicant, one notary signing, and a gentleman who needed passport photos.
Six years of this and it still gets me: every one of those people had a deadline hanging over them when they walked in, and not one of them had to leave Pine Bluff to deal with it.

Rhonda got her prints done cheap somewhere. Six weeks later — REJECTED. Poor quality.

Now she's got a letter, two numbers she doesn't understand, and a job start date that already passed.

Rhonda, here's the thing nobody told you: if your prints get rejected, you have to bring that letter with you to redo them, because it has two specific numbers required for the resubmission. And it can only be redone electronically.

Bring me the letter. I'll fix it. And I take my time on the front end so we're not doing this twice.
