I'd like to welcome you to the new and improved Greenside Getaway Pinehurst. Another winter was spent in Pinehurst completing a full gut remodel on both of our bathrooms. Like I promised you from day one, I will do whatever it takes to make this condo the best vacation rental experience in Pinehurst. With a full year of construction planning, I poured my heart out on this project and I feel so blessed to be able to share this special place with you and your family.

Greenside Getaway is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom condo that is just a short walk to The Clubhouse, The Cradle, The Thistle Dhu putting course, The Village and the Harness Track. You can’t beat this location! Panoramic ⛳️Golf front views!

The condo has a Golf Farmhouse design and is maintained and cleaned to the highest of standards. Practice your putting on the mat inside or sip your morning coffee on the back patio and watch golfers start their round on the #3 course.

Sleeping Arrangements: 4 Full Size beds with 1 additional air mattress (if needed). Greenside Getaway sleeps 4 to 5 people extremely comfortably with everyone having their own bed.

🐶🐱 Pet Friendly: Your well behaved and nonaggressive breed dog are welcome! Pet Fee is $25 per night.

Cleaning 🧹🧼: The condo is cleaned by a professional cleaning company that has a proven high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.

This condo recently underwent an update and features new linens, beds and furnishings. With it’s first floor location and no need for the use of any stairs, this condo is a great fit for a traveler of any age.

This condo has some really cool history as numerous Men’s and Women’s US Open competitors and their families have stayed here during the tournament.
