Petersburg Fl) It is 10 miles from the beaches. It is in a quiet neighborhood close to many attractions. A $100.00 Non refundable deposit will hold your dates. When you stay the $100.00 will be put towards your bill. As of Jan.1, 2014 The rates are 2-6 nights $90.00 a night, 7-14 nights $85.00 a night, 14 -nights and over $80.00 a night.* taxes included. Prices subject to change. This is up to 6

people. After 6 there will be a $10.00 additional fee for each person. There is a queen bed in each bedroom and a futon in the living room and a blow up queen air mattress that is elevated off the floor. There is also a Graco Pack n play for a infant or toddler and a high chair for a child. There is cable TV, Internet service. Central heat and air.
