‼️ Registration Deadline: Wednesday, 10/21! Are You Registered??? The Pipestone Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to Historic Downtown Pipestone for our 12th Annual 🎃 🍭 🚗 TRUNK OR TREAT on THURSDAY, October 29th, from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm!

With over 1,000 kids attending annually, this community celebration for our area’s youth is always Pipestone Area favorite! Three blocks of Main Street will be closed for safe, family-friendly fun, costumes, and candy! It’s essentially a community-wide costume parade for all to enjoy!

‼️Please note that Main Street will be CLOSED and there will be no public parking from 3:00 pm until 6:30 pm for set up, tear down, and the event.

😃If you are a local business, nonprofit organization, church, school, preschool, youth group, team, or club that would like to participate, please contact the Chamber at 825-3316 by 👉WEDNESDAY, October 21st as pre-registration is required. As always, there is no fee to participate.

Today, we celebrate the national holiday Indigenous Peoples’ Day in Pipestone, MN. We especially want to honor the contributions of generations of Native American quarriers and carvers of pipestone, the sacred stone after which our city is named. We thank them for keeping alive the tradition of pipestone carving and for teaching people from around the World about its cultural significance.

A special thank you to our friends at Pipestone National Monument, Pipestone Indian Shrine Association, and Keepers of the Sacred Tradition of Pipemakers for all you do to educate others about many aspects of Native American culture. It is a pleasure collaborating with all of you and helping to share and promote these stories as well as your beautiful works of art in all mediums.

The ladies are back in the basement!

Get ready for the kind of small-town church basement shenanigans that will feel familiar to just about everyone!

The Calumet Players - Community Theater Organization are bringing "Church Basement Ladies" to the PAC this coming weekend and the next. Inspired by the beloved books of Janet Letnes Martin and Suzann Nelson, this musical comedy celebrates the women who keep the coffee brewing, the hotdish coming, and the church running....all while navigating friendship, faith, family, and a few good-natured disagreements along the way.

Join us for an entertaining evening of music, humor, and Midwestern charm!

Performance Dates:
October 16–18 & October 23–25

Friday & Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
Sunday matinees at 2:00 p.m.
