During your visit, stop by the Tree House for a delicious hot chocolate and apple cider, and ponder through the gift shop that will be located inside of the Tree House this year. Also take a ride on the Christmas train, The Miss Joy, which winds among 25 acres of evergreens. For over 35 years we have welcomed families, and helped them create unforgettable memories. After 40 wonderful years, our family has made the bittersweet decision to pass along our beloved Thornhill Christmas Tree Farm to new owners. What started as a dream grew into decades of memories—families, traditions, laughter, and so many Christmas seasons shared together.

We are incredibly grateful for every person who visited, supported, and made Thornhill Christmas Tree Farm part of their holiday traditions. You’ve been part of our story in the most meaningful way.

While this chapter is coming to a close for our family, we are excited to see it continue in new hands. The farm will reopen as Evergreen Farms & Estate, and we truly hope it continues to be a place where memories are made for years to come.

Thornhill Christmas Tree Farm will be open Thursday-Sunday beginning Thanksgiving Day. Hours are 9-4:30. We ask that you use cash or check if possible. We will have Leyland Cypress and White Pine. Thornhill Christmas Tree Farm will be open this year. We will be open Thursday-Sunday. Opening day will be Thursday, November 25. We will have White Pine and Leyland Cypress Trees. We will NOT have Fraser Fir this year. Thank you for all of your continued support.

Pictures will be Nov. 29 & 30, Dec. 1, 7, & 8. Packages are $40 for photos with and without Santa. You’ll get 8 edited photos and an online gallery for unlimited downloads.

I will do sessions without Santa, Dec 1. & 8 from 10:00-12:00.

You are welcome to book your session in advance for priority, but keep in mind that no one will be turned away if they don’t have an appointment to see Santa. (No one had to wait longer than 10 minutes last year.)

Thornhill Christmas Tree Farm is open today. We still have a wide selection of trees. Due to the weather SANTA will not be at the Farm today, Saturday, December 1, but will be back tomorrow. Also, the Ms. Joy train will not be running today due to the soggy wet fields.
