Lakeshore Lodge will feature several room types inspired by Disney favorites:

🦌 Bambi-inspired Deluxe Studios — sleep up to 4 adults

TRAVEL TIP TUESDAY: Did you know that some hotels charge a resort fee? They are also referred to as destination/amenity/facility fees and they cover access to the gym, WiFi, local phone calls, and other things that are advertised “free” like the newspaper or coffee in the lobby. The cost can range between $20-60 per night! Even though you are paid in full with me, you might be told at check in that you owe the fee. NO WORRIES! When I book your hotel/resort I always read the fine print and check to make sure that you won’t be greeted by this unwelcome additional charge.

🏝️ The Gatchie and Scheetz families are officially booked to go to Disney World! They’ll call Caribbean Beach Resort home later this year. In addition to visiting all four theme parks they will also be attending 🎄Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. This will be L and L’s first visits to Disney. The Gatchies will be fantastic guides! The Skyliner 🚠will wisk them away to Epcot and Hollywood Studios and Disney buses will take them to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom.

🤔 Why use me as a travel agent? When I originally quoted these families the rooms set aside that allowed promotional discounts for this particular resort were sold out. Wanting to stay at this resort they decided to go ahead with standard rooms. I checked one last time and a few preferred rooms included in the promo had been released so I was able to reserve rooms in a location closest to the main building, pool, and/or transportation for only a few dollars more!

There are many 🌟perks🌟 of staying at a Walt Disney World resort hotel. One of the most underrated is the FREE Disney transportation.

Disney offers buses 🚌, the monorail 🚝, the Skyliner 🚠, and ferries/water taxis ⛴️.

Let Disney do the “driving” for you so you don’t have to:

• Figure out where to go. Despite adequate signage it can be intimidating, especially during peak times.
• Walk for what seems like forever just to get to the park entrance.
• Wait in line for a tram to take you to your parking area.
• Drive back to your hotel after a long day when everyone's exhausted.

😊 Instead, board one of the many forms of transportation that is offered and let a qualified driver/Cast Member get you to your destination!
