We are currently staying at Riu Republica in Punta Cana. This is an all inclusive adults only resort. They have 8 pools and 8 restaurants along with a sports bar where they have grab and go items available as well as a jerk chicken stand near one of the pools and beach available at lunchtime. The spa is very nice and has a private hot tub and cold plunge available when you book a spa treatment.
